1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using any of the services provided by the Automotive Technology Center ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Customer," "you") expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions ("the Terms") without any limitations or conditions. If you do not fully accept these Terms, you are prohibited from using this website or benefiting from any of the products or services offered through it.

2. The legal identity of the company

Automotive Technology Center is a registered legal entity based in Nablus, Palestine, and operates in accordance with the provisions of the commercial laws in force in the State of Palestine.

3. Scope of Products and Services

We sell and distribute:

  • physical products
  • Digital software solutions
  • Specialized services in the field of automotive diagnostics and programming

All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Guarantees and Their Limits

  • The warranties cover products and services that have manufacturing defects only, and the warranty periods range from one (1) month to twelve (12) months depending on the type of product or service.
  • The warranty is void in case of misuse, unauthorized tampering, physical damage, or negligence in handling the product.
  • The company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of the products or improper installation.
  • The warranty does not cover any software malfunctions resulting from the incorrect use of diagnostic or programming devices by the customer.

5. Prices, Payment, and Billing

  • All displayed prices include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash.
  • Subscription plans, one-time purchase, and installment payment options are available subject to prior approval and the company's discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify the prices of products and services and any related fees at any time without any obligation to provide prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery Policies

  • Our delivery services are limited to local areas within Palestine only.
  • The standard delivery timeframe is one (1) to two (2) business days, subject to stock availability and logistical conditions.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Orders exceeding 500 shekels are granted free shipping.
    • Orders under 500 shekels will incur standard shipping fees, which are indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Regarding products returned for maintenance under warranty:
    • During the warranty period: the company covers all shipping costs both ways.
    • Out of warranty: The customer is responsible for all shipping and repair costs and any other associated fees.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

  • Return and refund requests for physical products are accepted within a time frame of seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • The eligibility for return is subject to the following:
    • The product must be in new, unused condition and free from any damage.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
  • Digital products and services are non-refundable after delivery or download.
  • Refund requests will only be processed after a thorough inspection and approval by the company.
  • Order cancellations are only accepted if the cancellation request is made within a few hours of the purchase time. After this period, no cancellation requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

8. Recording Accounts and Customer Obligations

  • All customers are required to create a user account to benefit from purchasing services.
  • The client is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Participation in loyalty and rewards programs is subject to separate terms and conditions.

9. Compensation and Limits of Liability

  • In all cases, the Automotive Technology Center and its affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of the products and services.
  • The client expressly acknowledges that the use of diagnostic and programming tools is at their own risk, and the company disclaims any responsibility for any damages, financial losses, or operational failures that may result from misuse.
  • Warranty claims are only valid for defects resulting from manufacturing flaws, and damages caused by external factors or user negligence are excluded.

10. Data Collection and Privacy Protection

  • By using the website, the customer agrees to the collection of their personal information, including full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
  • The company uses cookies and third-party tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics) for the purposes of improving user experience and analyzing advertising performance.
  • Data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation in Palestine related to data protection.
  • Customers have the right to unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in all of our emails.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws in the State of Palestine. The competent Palestinian courts shall be the sole authority to consider any dispute or disagreement arising from or related to these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Before resorting to formal legal proceedings, the company may, at its sole discretion, suggest resolving the dispute through mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR). If a friendly solution cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be initiated in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Palestine.

13. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

The Technology Center for Cars reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or review these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modifications become effective immediately upon their publication on the website. Your continued use of the site or services after any modification constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
